How do I sign up to use BrangChain?
Simply sign up by registering on our website and our customer support team will contact you, so you can start getting your items delivered to your customer’s doorstep.
What size parcels can I have delivered?
Max dimensions 60x30x30 and Max weight 7kg per item. Parcels must fit in car or boot comfortably.

Will I recieve confirmation when I place an order and when the order is delivered?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you after you submit your order. Order delivery confirmation will also be emailed to you. You can see in real time via the Merchant Portal if your parcel is in process or has been delivered.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, the store and recipient will have access to live tracking if their mobile number and/or email is included in the delivery via our Merchant Portal.
